Haven is one person and a small group of invited teachers. There are no salaried roles right now — but there is real work, and we would rather say so than post fake openings.

| Founding teacher | Publish a course, shape the builder, tell us what breaks. Paid per enrollment at the standard 85%. |
| Accessibility auditor | Independent WCAG 2.1 AA audit of the four core journeys. Paid engagement. |
| Safety reviewer | Part-time moderation of reports and flagged conversations. Paid hourly. |
What we are honest about
- There is no funding round, no equity pool and no benefits package yet
- The codebase is small and the decisions are made quickly
- If you need structure and a manager, this is the wrong stage
