Common questions

Is there a subscription?

No. Haven has never had one and there is no plan to add one. You pay per course.

What if a course is not what I expected?

Cancel within 24 hours of purchase and you get a full refund. After that a refund is not automatic — email support@havencourses.com and we will consider it on its facts. If a teacher withdraws a course or it is not what the course page described, the refund is full whatever your progress.

How do I actually request a refund?

By email, to support@havencourses.com. There is no self-service refund button in Haven, and every refund is raised by a person through Stripe against the original charge.

Who handles the card details?

Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe Checkout — Haven never receives or stores your card number.

Haven uses Google Analytics to understand which courses people find and where they get stuck. It sets a cookie and never receives your name, email or payment details. Declining keeps everything on the site working. Privacy Policy
